Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Shillong for the role of Senior Officer at Star Cement Ltd. The Senior Officer will oversee operations, manage departmental teams, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, analyzing operational data, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. The role involves leading initiatives, addressing operational challenges, and contributing to the continuous growth and efficiency of the business.

• Prior experience in the cement or manufacturing industry will be advantageous
