Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), email campaigns, and networking.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose tailored IT outsourcing solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in IT outsourcing or technology services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and handling international clients.
  • Familiarity with IT services such as software development, web/mobile apps, cloud, ERP, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead generation platforms.
