Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that solve real-world challenges and drive our business forward. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software engineering, a passion for machine learning, and hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


• Model Development & Training:
Design, build, train, and validate machine learning models using state-of-the-art frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.


• Data Engineering:
Develop robust data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets to prepare them for model training.


• Algorithm Research:
Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply cutting-edge algorithms and techniques to enhance our solutions.


• Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Performance Optimization:
Analyze and optimize the performance, scalability, and efficiency of ML systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Experience:
3-6 years of professional experience in a software development or machine learning role.


• Programming:
High proficiency in Python is essential. Experience with other languages like Java, C++, or Scala is a plus.


• ML Frameworks:
Hands-on experience with core machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.


• Cloud Computing:
Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and their associated AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).


• Data Tools:
Experience with data processing technologies like SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.


• Software Engineering:
Strong understanding of software development principles, including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
