About the Role:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic AI/ML Engineer to join our technology team in Bangalore.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience to contribute to real-world AI and machine learning projects.
  • You'll work alongside experienced engineers and data scientists, building intelligent systems that solve meaningful problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms for business-driven use cases.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to understand requirements and prepare data pipelines.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and techniques in AI/ML and apply them where relevant.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
  • Practical experience with Python and libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with core concepts in data preprocessing, model evaluation, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication and teamwork capabilities.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Internship or hands-on project experience in AI/ML, computer vision, or natural language processing.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jupyter Notebooks, Git, or MLFlow.
  • Knowledge of deep learning architectures or reinforcement learning concepts.
