Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. As a Medical Receptionist at K Smile Dental Clinic, you will be the face of the practice, responsible for managing appointments, greeting and assisting patients, and ensuring a smooth front-desk operation. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, handling patient records, maintaining accurate schedules, and ensuring effective communication between patients and the dental care team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and maintaining organized schedules
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills to assist patients effectively
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties and managing front-desk functions
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with Medical Office operations
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage a multi-task environment
  • Proficiency with relevant software for managing appointments and patient records
  • Prior experience in a dental or medical office is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field preferred
