Role Overview -

We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Financial Advisor with 10–15 years of proven expertise in financial planning, investment management, and wealth advisory services. The role requires a seasoned professional who can manage high-value clients, provide strategic financial guidance, and contribute to the growth of the organization's financial advisory practice.

Key Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning covering investments, retirement, insurance, taxation, and estate planning.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and portfolio reviews to ensure optimal asset allocation and wealth preservation.
  • Offer strategic investment advice based on market trends, economic outlook, and client objectives.
  • Ensure all financial plans comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Train, guide, and mentor junior financial advisors/associates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, fund managers, auditors, tax consultants).
  • Continuously monitor financial markets, update clients, and proactively recommend adjustments to financial strategies.
  • Contribute to business development by acquiring new clients and expanding the firm's advisory services.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client financial data and uphold ethical standards.

Key Skills & Competencies -

  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, insurance, and investment products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic foresight.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
  • Leadership qualities to mentor junior team members and manage portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, legal frameworks, and risk management.

Qualifications & Experience -

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CFP, CFA, CA, CPA, or equivalent certification (preferred).
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in financial advisory, wealth management, investment banking, or related domains.
  • Proven track record of managing large and diverse client portfolios.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
