About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager with a strong background in agriculture. The candidate will oversee large agricultural farms, manage day-to-day operations, supervise labour, maintain drip irrigation systems, and coordinate activities at the oil extraction plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise large-scale agricultural farm operations
• Oversee and maintain drip irrigation systems
• Manage, coordinate, and assign tasks to farm labour
• Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and farm inputs
• Supervise operations at the oil extraction plant
• Maintain daily records of farm activities and labour workflow
• Prepare and update daily reports to the head/management
• Ensure smooth and efficient work processes

Required Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Agriculture (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2–5 years of farm management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, crop management & field supervision
• Ability to lead and manage labour teams
• Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Computer Knowledge: Should be able to use MS Office/Excel for preparing reports
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Salary:

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
