About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Power BI, SQL, and Python, and will play a key role in building data-driven solutions that drive business decisions and impact.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that develops insights for business to take data driven decisions for Business impact.

The incumbent will be part of the Customer Analytics team. He/she will be an individual contributor working on customer analytics space as primary responsibility. He/she would work with data to help their clients make better business decisions. Using techniques from a range of disciplines, he/she would draw conclusions from data to describe, predict, and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable Power BI visualizations to provide insights to solve real-world business problems.
  • Translate business requirements into clear analytical solutions using Power BI.
  • Write optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Develop and deploy production-ready code using Python.
  • Collaborate with Business stakeholders to ensure its adoption and guide in usage for better decisions
  • Communicate complex findings in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed solutions.

Requirements/Skill sets

  • Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; or MBA with Bachelors in the above fields
  • Expert proficiency in Power BI, including advanced DAX queries
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python including libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc. for data extraction and transformation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience of 1-2 years in business analysis in the consumer (B2C) space, preferably in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants)

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; or MBA with Bachelors in the above fields

Desirable, but not mandatory, an experience of 1-2 years in business analysis with exposure to business data warehousing, data consumption, data analyses in the consumer (B2C) space, preferably in QSR (Quick Service Restaurants)
