Job Title : Game Tester

Experience- 3-5 yrs

Location- Noida

Budget- up to 8 LPA

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Game Tester with over 3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and game testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for gaming, and a thorough understanding of test planning, execution, bug tracking, and agile workflows. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and stability of our games before they reach our players.

• Responsibilities:Test games on multiple platforms (PC, console, mobile) to identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues.
• Write and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate with development, design, and production teams to understand game features and deliver high-quality releases.
• Conduct regression, smoke, and performance testing during development cycles.
• Ensure compliance with platform-specific standards (PlayStation, Xbox, Apple, Google Play, etc.).
• Provide detailed feedback on game design, user experience, and overall playability.
• Mentor junior QA testers and assist in improving test processes.
• Requirements:3+ years of professional experience in game testing or QA in the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies, including agile environments.
• Experience with testing tools like TestRail, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and work independently.
• Knowledge of different game genres and current industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for gaming and a strong sense of quality and fun.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automation testing frameworks or scripting.
• Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or other game development platforms.
• ISTQB Certification or similar QA certification.
