Job Description

Work closely with various stakeholders and cross functional teams to Identify potential opportunities/ideas/improvements and prioritize them to meet the business needs
Lead and execute business improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable benefits
Conduct process benchmarking and deep dives to identify improvement opportunities
Drive organizational innovation, AI and other major initiatives for business benefit realization
Hands on experience to drive the culture of improvement through Kaizen/Six Sigma/Innovation
Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills
Flexibility to meet stretched timelines and goals
Must be able to conceptualize, explain and white board business solution considering functional requirements of the business
Prepare reports, metrics and presentations and exchange ideas/information in a concise and logical manner between business units and technology teams
Play role of consultant and design optimization & automation solution for operational problems that can be replicated across business areas
Manages multiple projects and accurately reports the status of all assignments
Recommend tools for reuse, automation for improved productivity and reduced cycle times
Ownership of Allstate India efficiency and value delivery targets
Assist business area leads to identify measurable improvement opportunities across operations and lead the execution/deployment

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with overall experience of 15+ years and at least 5+ years of experience in handling Lean, six-sigma and RPA projects
  • Black belt six sigma certification with extensive knowledge on Outside in study(Customer journey mapping, benchmarking, portal assessments, etc ) and basic knowledge on AI and RPA Tools. MBA and Scrum certification would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Should have good business acumen and is able to visualize/analyze customer journey
  • Should have handled consulting assignments
  • Ability to work and lead independently with experience in project management and contribute towards driving strategic process transformation plan and drive efficiency savings goals
  • Insurance Industry Domain Knowledge would be an advantage
