Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Executives (BDEs). In this role, you will be responsible for securing freight loads from shippers, negotiating rates, and building strong relationships with clients in North America. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process. This role demands strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.

Note: Apply only if you're comfortable working the Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM).

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Calling:
Reach out to businesses across North America via phone and email.

Client Engagement:
Present solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers.

End-to-End Sales:
Handle the entire sales process — from first contact to deal closure.

Follow-ups & Negotiation:
Proactively follow up with leads, answer queries, and negotiate pricing.

CRM Management:
Log all interactions, pipeline progress, and client data accurately.

Sales Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed assigned targets consistently.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements

Excellent English Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills to connect with international clients.

Proactive & Target-Driven:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Adaptable Learner:
Quick to grasp product features and industry nuances.
