The Founder:
Brixline is founded by Pravas Chandragiri, a young and highly respected entrepreneur from Odisha. After successfully pivoting Soptle in 2025, Pravas founded Brixline with a deeper mission to reshape Indian homeownership at scale by merging real estate, technology, and financial returns. Role Overview:
The
Business Intern
will support the
Operations & Strategy
team in everyday business operations, planning, research, and execution of strategic initiatives. This internship provides hands-on learning across business strategy, operations, and developer partnerships in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operational tasks within the Strategy & Operations function.
- Closely work with Founder's office and leadership team
- Support planning, coordination, and tracking of ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Conduct basic market and business research to assist in data-backed decisions.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal meetings and reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Maintain documentation and monitor project progress against timelines.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Interest in business strategy, operations, and technology-driven ecosystems.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (pursuing or completed) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Candidates from other disciplines with demonstrated interest in business strategy or operations may also apply.
