We are looking for a dedicated Manpower Supplier Officer to handle the sourcing, coordination, and management of skilled and unskilled workers such as painters, helpers, supervisors, and other site staff. The role involves recruiting manpower, maintaining worker databases, and ensuring continuous supply of workers for company projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit manpower (painters, helpers, supervisors, technicians, etc.).
  • Maintain a strong network of workers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Handle worker onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
  • Ensure continuous manpower availability for ongoing projects.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of manpower supply and deployment.
  • Coordinate with project managers for manpower requirements.
  • Resolve worker issues and ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain attendance, productivity, and payment-related details.
  • Build long-term relationships with workers and external manpower partners.
  • Ensure timely replacement of absent or low-performing workers.
  • Achieve manpower hiring targets set by the company.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in manpower supply, recruitment, or field coordination.
  • Strong network of workers (painters/helpers/labour).
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle field visits, site coordination, and worker management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust with workers.
  • Basic knowledge of attendance, reporting, and documentation.

Education

  • Any qualification accepted.
  • Field recruitment or manpower experience is an added advantage.

Salary

  • ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and hiring capacity).
  • Incentives available based on manpower brought to the company.

  • Full-time, field + office-based role.
  • Monday to Saturday.
