About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (International Sales) to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating international leads through cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify international leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the IT services domain
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in International IT Sales / Business Development
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented professional
