Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Litigation Associate based in New Delhi. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for managing and conducting legal research, drafting petitions/pleadings/applications, and representing clients in courts. The role requires close collaboration with clients and fellow team members to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered on each mandate.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law and detailed understanding of legal principles
  • Experience in drafting and filing Petitions/Applications/Pleadings
  • Strong Research skills for case analysis and preparation
  • Knowledge of court procedures and experience in representing clients in Courts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced on-site environment in New Delhi
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with relevant bar admission
