Job Description

We are hiring a Service Engineer to handle CCTV installation, networking setup, and maintenance services. The role involves field visits, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth functioning of security and network systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related components.
  • Provide service support and troubleshooting for surveillance and networking systems.
  • Set up and maintain LAN/WAN connections, routers, and switches.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and attend on-site service calls.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
  • Maintain proper documentation and service records.
