Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

B.Sc. Agri / Diploma in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agricultural Engineering

MBA in Agri-Business or Marketing (Preferred)/ B.sc botany/ B.sc zoology/B.Sc Chemistry/ BBA/ Any science graduates

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in sales/marketing with dealer network exposure

Key Responsibilities

  • Report activities regularly to the sales manager
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet farmers, dealers, and distribution
  • Develop and maintain dealer networks in the assigned territory
  • Organize on-field demonstration and trails and collect feedback from farmers and share the insights with the company for product improvements
  • Generate new business and increase product visibility
  • Plan and execute strategic promotional activities
  • Ensure timely payment collection (Incentives applicable post-collection)

Skill Required

  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visit
  • Passion for sustainable agriculture and farmer development

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 + ₹3,000 TRA
