Key Responsibilities:

- Store Layout & Display Design:

Oversee the arrangement of retail displays, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing environment that reflects the brand's ethos. Ensure displays are organized as per the VM guidelines, attracting attention and encouraging purchase.

- Brand Consistency:

Ensure visual merchandising standards across all retail locations, maintaining consistency with the Kama Ayurveda brand guidelines, and adapting to the nuances of different store formats (flagship, beauty, pop-up, etc.).

- Team Training:

Mentor the store teams, providing guidance and support in executing visual plans. Conduct regular training on visual merchandising best practices, ensuring teams have a clear understanding of brand standards.

- Collaboration with Marketing & Retail Teams:

Work closely with the marketing team to align visual merchandising with promotional campaigns, ensuring that in-store displays and window highlight new products/campaigns and offers.

- Accounts and Warehouse Management:

Review VM expenses regularly and ensuring verdor payments are processed on time. Coordinating and visiting warehouse to maintain VM props list and requirements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury, lifestyle, or beauty sectors.

- Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility with an eye for detail and design.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing visual displays that drive customer engagement and sales.

- Strong team management skills, with experience training and guiding junior staff.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is a plus.

- Sketch Up software is a must
