About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate
Meta Ads Executive / Specialist
to join our
E-commerce marketing team
. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns to drive
sales, customer acquisition, and brand growth
for our direct-to-consumer products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for D2C products.
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CTR, and other key performance metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights for campaign improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

  • Fresher:
    Basic understanding of digital marketing and Meta Ads; keen to learn D2C e-commerce campaigns. Must have done course or Internship in Digital Marketing.
  • Experienced:
    1–2 years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, tracking, and retargeting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
