Roles & Responsibility:

  • Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls.
  • Acquiring and retaining contact information databases.
  • Calling drivers from the provided database and onboarding them explaining the company schemes and policies.
  • Making job posts on relevant platforms to collect databases.
  • Coordinating with the driver onboarding team for the onboarding process.
  • Cold calling and mass emailing to recruit a maximum number of drivers.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approaches.
  • The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances.
  • Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
