Role Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to develop and execute design concepts for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will combine aesthetic vision with technical skills to create functional and attractive interior environments that meet client needs and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop design concepts and present ideas through sketches, drawings, and 3D renderings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
  • Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor installation and ensure design compliance.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support client acquisition and help close deals by providing design insights and proposals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in interior design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience in client presentations and vendor negotiations.
  • Portfolio showcasing completed design projects.
