Location: DelhiDepartment: Marketing ProcurementReports to: Head of MarketingJob Overview: IndoBevs is seeking a Procurement Lead – Marketing to spearhead vendor sourcing, cost optimization, and procurement for marketing-related activities. This role is crucial in ensuring fast turnaround times, ethical procurement practices, and cost efficiency while unlocking new promotional and gifting opportunities. Key Responsibilities:Vendor Development & Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to enhance the supply chain for marketing procurement.

Establish strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely deliveries, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct periodic vendor audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with company standards. Cost Efficiency & Budget Management: Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to drive cost efficiencies while maintaining quality.

Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on branding and promotional quality. Work closely with finance and marketing teams to optimize procurement budgets. Marketing Procurement & Gifting Solutions: Identify new opportunities for promotional gifting that align with brand objectives and market trends.

Collaborate with marketing teams to source innovative merchandising and packaging solutions. Eye for identifying most innovative gifting/packaging/POS/brand solutions in the world and bringing them to Indobevs with speed. Ensure timely procurement and availability of promotional materials for marketing campaigns and activations.

Operational Excellence & Fast Turnaround: Ensure rapid execution of procurement requests while maintaining quality and compliance. Drive process improvements to enhance procurement speed and efficiency. Maintain strong coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing procurement needs.

Ethical & Compliance Standards: Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in vendor dealings and procurement processes. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, legal guidelines, and sustainability practices. Maintain transparent documentation and reporting for all procurement activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:Proven experience in procurement, preferably in marketing or merchandising procurement. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Ability to drive cost efficiencies without compromising on quality and brand standards.

High ethical standards and integrity in procurement practices. Strong project management and coordination skills with a focus on fast turnaround. Creative mindset to identify and source innovative promotional and gifting solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in marketing procurement. Experience in the beverages, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is preferred.
