Rotticious is a cafe known for quality coffee, food, and desserts. We're looking for a chef who can help maintain high standards, consistency, and a smooth kitchen system.

Job Description:

We're hiring a Chef to handle daily kitchen operations, follow recipes, maintain hygiene, and ensure timely food preparation. You'll be trained on our system and menu.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes as per cafe standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Follow recipes and portion sizes consistently
  • Organize kitchen operations for smooth workflow
  • Ensure all orders go out on time and correctly
  • Support in maintaining food quality and freshness
  • Coordinate with management for daily requirements

Requirements:

  • Basic cooking skills and interest in learning
  • Ability to work neatly and follow systems
  • Punctual, responsible, and team-oriented
  • Experience in cafes or restaurants is a plus but not required
