Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter player registrations, match schedules, and results into tournament software/databases.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Generate reports, score sheets, and performance summaries as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive participant information.
  • Coordinate with referees, volunteers, and coordinators for real-time updates.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to data entry systems.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and/or tournament management software.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with event staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is desirable.
  • Familiarity with sports/tournament software will be an advantage.
