What You'll Do

  • Build strong partnerships with companies to secure
    internships, apprenticeships, and full-time roles
    .
  • Identify best-fit opportunities that empower PwD candidates.
  • Conduct
    disability awareness and inclusion sessions
    for corporate teams.
  • Support candidates through
    interview, placement, and post-placement integration
    .
  • Organize
    job fairs, workshops, and alumni connects
    .


What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years
    of experience in
    PwD placement, recruitment, or corporate relations
    .
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, email, and social media
    .
  • Empathetic, adaptable, and able to
    work under pressure
    — because the impact you create helps PwDs and women
    lead lives of dignity
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    technical terminology
    .
