Role & responsibilities

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will be the face of Assure Clinics (Part of Edit Hair & Skin Private Limited), responsible for providing expert consultations to potential clients and driving successful closures. You will play a crucial role in understanding patient concerns, recommending the right solutions, and ensuring a premium consultation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand patient concerns and recommend the best solutions.

Educate clients about advanced hair transplant procedures, techniques, and expected results.

Ensure a seamless consultation-to-closure process, achieving monthly conversion targets.

Work closely with top dermatologists and surgeons to provide accurate medical insights.

Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring follow-ups and a high-end patient experience.

Ideal Candidate:

Highly target driven individual with good work ethics

Preferably (not mandatory) a Doctor (BAMS, BHMS, BDS, Medical representative or equivalent medical background) with a strong consultation approach.

Excellent communication & persuasive skills with the ability to handle premium clientele.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or high-end sales is a plus.

A confident, professional, and target-driven mindset to achieve high success rates.

Ability to provide a personalized and premium consultation experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate who is ok to sign a 2 years bond to ensure Continuity of Services
