About the Opportunity:

We are partnering with a reputed corporate client to onboard a qualified and dynamic
Freelance Psychologist
for conducting
onsite seminars
at wind energy project sites located in
Chitradurga and Jajikalgudda, Karnataka
.

The psychologist will be responsible for delivering
engaging, interactive sessions
focused on
mental health, stress management, and emotional well-being
to field and technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate psychological wellness seminars at the designated project sites on the scheduled dates.
  • Address key topics such as stress management, emotional resilience, motivation, and overall workplace mental health.
  • Customize content to suit a diverse audience including engineers, technicians, and on-site workers.
  • Use interactive techniques and practical strategies to engage participants.
  • Submit a concise report post-training summarizing observations and actionable recommendations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering workshops or seminars.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in remote or field locations.
  • Willing to travel to project sites across Karnataka.
