We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Manager to support the NRI desk's business development and advisory functions. The role involves working closely with the advisory team, product team, and management to track business performance, drive data-backed decisions, and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in Excel, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track key business metrics including Revenue, NTST, and NCA
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the advisory team and senior management.
  • Analyse trends, anomalies, and performance gaps to provide actionable insights.
  • Support business development initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Help track progress against monthly and quarterly business targets and identify areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate with the product team and advisory team to gather requirements for new tools, reports, or process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and data teams to ensure reports and dashboards meet functional needs.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports by validating inputs and cross-checking data sources.

Key Attributes

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, macros).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Good understanding of business metrics like revenue, trading volumes, client acquisition, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail with a structured approach to data validation and reporting.
