Client Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and nurturing strong client relationships
- Understanding client needs and objectives
- Acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams
- Forecasting and tracking client account metrics
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
- Resolving client issues and escalating as needed
- Creating and delivering reports on account status
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
- Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
- Conducting regular client meetings to review service needs and usage trends
- Managing multiple accounts and clients simultaneously
- Monitoring and analyzing client account performance
- Identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions
- Handling contract renewals and negotiations
- Providing exceptional customer service
- MBA- HR is a must
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or a relevant role
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently
- Ability to travel to meet clients as needed
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Customer service-oriented approach
