Role & responsibilities
- Manage hotel reservations and bookings efficiently using GDS systems (Amadeus preferred).
- Handle hotel queries, cancellations, and modifications promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with hotels and internal teams to ensure accurate room allocation and rate confirmation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, availability, and rates.
- Provide support to customers and resolve booking-related issues in a timely manner.
- Generate reports related to hotel reservations as required by management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of additional GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
- Familiarity with domestic and international hotel markets.
