Big Little Hood is inspired as a space where parents children can engage in their individual, together and family pursuits. While the co-working space meets the working parents who want to engage with arts and movement, all while children play in the vicinity. While each have their own space, as per their needs, there is a flow of movement within the spaces for the family to interact.
Our play area has children of the regular co-working families, as well as other families who send their children to experience our rhythmic learning environment through the day.
We are looking for an Operations Manager to engage and nurture, the children who visit our centre. This would include observing the facilitating their free play and engage with them in various art forms.
Qualifications:
A graduate degree from English medium, preferably in arts.
1) A person who loves being with children.
2) A great inclination towards art forms such as drawing, painting, singing and dancing. Formal training in any one of these would be an asset.
3)An openness to learn.
4) Reverence for beauty and aesthetics
5) A good sense of order and organisation.
6) A sense of agency and ownership towards his learning and her/ his work. Training and support would be provided on the job.
This is a full time on-site job.
Remuneration
Remuneration would be commensurate with skills and experience
Experience
2/3 yrs of experience of working with children and/ or experience of arts.
