  • Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets.

Position Summary

Essential Responsibilities

'- To prepare master planning for all jobs in consultation with all internal stake holders keeping in mind the customer delivery date- To coordinate all morning meetings and update status on all ongoing jobs. Communicate to all internal customers about their time schedule and help in resolving issues if any-To update master planning in consultation with Tendering / Contract function as per customer's needs.-To keep a track of monthly dispatches and update accordingly in terms of monthly sales.-To prepare monthly and quarterly forecast in line with CDD.- To have S&OP discussion with Sales team and share factory load- Monthly reporting on forecast accuracy, OTD performance and other KPIs impacting business

Position Requirements

- Any Engineering Graduate with Process knowledge.

- 10 years of working experience in Project engineering firm

- Process mapping- Proficient in ERP/SAP - Interpersonal and communication skills.
