  • Prepare & maintain Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, GRNs, delivery challans, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for order confirmations and timely deliveries.
  • Handle inward logistics (fabrics, trims, raw materials) and outward logistics (finished goods, dispatch to warehouses/retailers).
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.
  • Arrange and track shipments with transporters, courier partners, and freight forwarders.
  • Prepare and verify dispatch documents – packing lists, e-way bills, LRs, invoices.
  • Maintain purchase & logistics trackers / MIS reports for management.
  • Support finance in payment cycles and reconciliation.
  • Liaise with warehouse teams for inventory entries and stock flow updates.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, vendor billing, and basic statutory requirements.

Desrired Skiils

  • 2–4 years in purchase administration / logistics / supply chain support.
  • Strong knowledge of POs, challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation.
  • Familiarity with vendor & transporter coordination.
  • Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, or Tally.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Good communication for vendor/transport handling.
