Key Responsibilities:

Founder's Office & Strategic Project:

  • Lead and support high-impact special projects for the Founder/CEO including new business initiatives, performance tracking, and operational improvement programs.

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.

Board & Investor Relations:

  • Manage all aspects of investor communications including updates, QBRs, and financial reporting.

  • Coordinate board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including agenda planning, content development, and logistics.

  • Serve as the liaison between the leadership team and current/prospective investors.

Business Planning:

  • Lead the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process and develop long-range financial forecasts (1-year & 5-year plans).

  • Collaborate with business heads and finance teams to align assumptions and finalize business plans.

  • Support the CEO in preparing for key reviews with the Board, Investors, and Senior Leadership.

Corporate Development:

  • Drive inorganic growth initiatives including

  • Mergers & Acquisitions - Support due diligence, deal evaluation,

and transaction execution.

  • Spearhead core team member initiatives, including compliance, investor materials, and roadshow preparation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • CA (Compulsory), MBA from a reputed institution.

  • Experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Business Consulting or Investment Banking.

  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  • High ownership, agility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences:

  • Former entrepreneur with hands-on business building experience.

  • Prior experience with Tier 1/2 Investment Banking Firms or Big 6 in their Deal / Transaction Advisory Division.
