Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Data Tech Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to work on highly visible projects, including the MDM 2.0 or LATAM IR initiatives, with aggressive timelines.

This role is focused on Master Data Management (MDM), data analysis, and data testing.

The successful candidate must possess strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Python and be able to hit the ground running, performing complex database querying and data validation from day one.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Validation and Testing :

- Conduct rigorous data validations and data testing by querying large databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Perform deep data analysis to support and troubleshoot complex business problems within the MDM and data integration projects.

- Quickly ramp up on the project scope and technical requirements of highly visible initiatives like MDM 2.0 or LATAM IR.

Database and Development :

- Write and optimize complex queries using SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation activities.

- Utilize Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation of data quality checks and validation processes.

- Apply mandatory experience in ETL development to understand, test, and troubleshoot data pipelines.

Data Architecture and Modeling :

- Apply required expertise in Data Modeling to understand the underlying structure of the master data and integrated systems.

- Work extensively with MDM (Master Data Management) concepts and systems, ensuring data governance and quality standards are met.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 5- 8 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or a highly technical Data Tech Analyst role.

- Master Data Management : MDM experience is a must (Primary Skill).

- Database Proficiency : Strong practical skills in SQL and PL/SQL for complex database querying and scripting.

- Development & Modeling : Mandatory experience in ETL development and Data Modeling concepts.

- Programming : Proficiency in a programming language, preferably Python, for data analysis and validation.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Customer MDM (Master Data Management) is a huge plus.

- Familiarity with cloud solutions for data infrastructure and integration.

- Experience with data handling frameworks (e., Spark, Airflow) for pipeline orchestration.

- Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks under aggressive timelines
