International Admissions Lead

We are seeking a highly productive, hands-on International Admissions Lead to join our high-velocity international recruitment team. This is a player-coach role for a leader who excels at both strategic planning and relentless execution. • Application Pipeline Ownership: Maintain high awareness of the application pipeline. You will be responsible for knowing the status, timing, and ownership ("who, when, what") of every application, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and that all stakeholders are informed.

• Team Work: Lead and empower a team of admissions specialists to achieve and exceed ambitious enrollment targets. Drive a culture of productivity and accountability, translating strategic goals into clear daily priorities.

• Hands-On Operations: Actively participate in the daily application processing. This includes hands-on application processing, screening, and evaluation for a queue of complex cases, setting the gold standard for quality and speed.

• Detailed Management: Take full ownership of all application processing information and details. You will be responsible for keeping all program requirements, eligibility criteria, and informational materials meticulously updated by leveraging our internal systems.

• Communication & Support: Oversee all back-and-forth communication between the institution, applicants, and their counselors, ensuring exceptional, clear, and timely support. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues.

• Collaboration with Team: Serve as a key liaison to our counterparts in Canada, fostering a high-communication, collaborative environment to ensure seamless alignment on priorities and a unified global operation.

• Data & Technology Strategy: Leverage data analytics and our platform to generate actionable insights and accelerate the application funnel. Collaborate relentlessly with our tech team to co-develop and implement system enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in the international education industry, including experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity.

• Deep familiarity with Canadian , the UK, and the US admission systems and a strong understanding of global admission requirements.

• Proficiency with recruitment in Africa, South Asia, and East Asia is a significant plus.

• Demonstrated track record as a "player-coach" with proven success as both a top-performing individual contributor and an inspirational team leader.

• Proven ability to deliver measurable results and a history of distinguishing between productive activity and tangible outcomes.

• Experience working closely with technical or product teams to improve systems and processes is a significant asset.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across cultures.
