Industrial IoT (IIoT) Engineer
to join our dynamic team and architect the data-driven nervous system that connects the factory floor to the cloud.
If you are passionate about bridging the gap between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) and thrive on solving complex real-world challenges, this role is for you. You will be instrumental in deploying flagship solutions like our
Cokpit for Industrial Automation
and
AI-driven predictive maintenance systems
across the textile, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.
What You'll Do:
●
Architect & Implement Connectivity:
Design and deploy robust data acquisition pipelines from the ground up. You'll integrate a diverse range of industrial assets—including PLCs (
Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi
), sensors, and control systems—using protocols like
Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC-UA, and MQTT
.
●
Master the Edge:
Configure and manage IoT gateways (
Advantech, Siemens IOT2040
) and deploy containerized edge applications using
Docker
for real-time data processing, buffering, and parameter capture (e.g., OEE, energy consumption).
●
Integrate with Cloud & Enterprise Systems:
Securely stream data to major cloud platforms (
Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, GCP IoT Core
) and build connectors to enterprise systems like
SAP and MES
, providing structured data for our analytics and machine learning teams.
●
Ensure End-to-End Reliability & Security:
From installing and calibrating sensors to configuring industrial networks (
VLAN, VPN
) and ensuring compliance with
ISA/IEC 62443 & ISO 27001
standards, you will own the solution's integrity.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
●
Core Technical Stack:
○
Strong expertise in industrial automation (
PLCs, SCADA
) and communication protocols (
Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT
).
○
Hands-on experience with edge gateways and scripting in
Python, , or C++
.
○
Proficiency with
Linux environments, Docker, and TCP/IP networking
.
○
Familiarity with cloud IoT services (
Azure IoT Hub or AWS IoT Core
) and time-series databases (
InfluxDB, TimescaleDB
).
●
Experience:
3–8 years in a relevant IoT or industrial automation role.
●
Qualifications:
A degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
●
Bonus Points for:
○
Certifications in Azure or AWS IoT platforms.
○
Experience with manufacturing ERP/MES systems (especially SAP modules).
○
Exposure to applying machine learning for predictive maintenance.
