We work with leading companies in steel, cement, power, oil & gas, and manufacturing to drive operational excellence.Role Overview:We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, inventory management, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role that involves actively managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation norms.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Financial Transactions:- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and payments. - Process accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments and collections. - Conduct bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and maintain general ledger records. - Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.Inventory & Cost Management:- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock data with financial records. - Assist in cost accounting and track material usage and wastage.Taxation & Compliance:- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns. - Assist in statutory compliance and liaise with auditors and tax consultants. - Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Financial Reporting & Support:- Assist in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries. - Help in budgeting and cost control activities. - Support the finance team with audit documentation and queries.Qualifications & Skills Required:- CA (Fresher) or Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com with 1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and tax compliance. - Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
