JOB DESCRIPTION GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS

  1. Strategic Planning: Developing and executing operational strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  2. Operational Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations across various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  3. Team Leadership: Managing and motivating teams of managers and staff, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
  4. Budget Management: Developing and managing operational budgets, monitoring financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process optimization and implementing changes to enhance operational effectiveness.
  6. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant Government regulations and industry standards.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
  8. Problem Solving:
