The

Requirement: 

  • Minimum 8+ Years of experience.
  • Ability to write clear functional specifications and user stories
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Good communication skills – ability to articulate business needs to technical teams and vice versa
  • Experience with documentation and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. (preferred)
  • Knowledge of integration scenarios (API-based or otherwise) and their functional implications (optional, but desirable)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt – especially to internal proprietary tools
  • Proven expertise in crafting functional designs and communicating complex, multi-system banking solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Hands-on on SQL queries
  • Excellent logical analysis skills
  • Excellent functional analysis skills
  • Client exposure (Interactions with client team on requirement analysis and design, problem resolution)
  • Delivery planning for functional stories
  • BFSI domain exposure (desirable)
