Role Overview:

Join our marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns for international audiences. Manage lists, create engaging content, run A/B tests, and analyze results to improve lead generation and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & execute targeted email campaigns
  • Maintain clean, compliant databases (GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Write subject lines, content & design responsive templates
  • Run A/B tests & track metrics (deliverability, opens, clicks, conversions)
  • Stay updated with email marketing best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications or related field
  • 1+ years' experience in email marketing or similar roles
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, etc.
  • Basic HTML/CSS for template editing
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
