Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for addressing their needs and concerns. Key responsibilities include client onboarding, ensuring high service delivery standards, analyzing client feedback to enhance satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling solutions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions and supporting the company's goals of scalable and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Relationship management skills with expertise in building and maintaining strong client connections.
  • Proven ability in client onboarding, resolving client concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client feedback and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to collaborate across teams and bring value to clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology-driven platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the transportation, logistics, or tech-enabled services sector is an advantage.
