Designation: Order Processing Specialist SAles
Role & responsibilities:
· Convert incoming order request via email / chat / phone
· Assist customers in navigating our products/services, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions to their problems.
· Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming for first-contact conversion.
Preferred candidate profile
· Exp 1+ years in sales.
· US calling experience min of 6 months
· Must be ok with US shift hours
· Excellent spoken & writing communication
· Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
