We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 20 years of experience in investment accounting, fund administration, or private equity accounting to join our team as an Investment Accounting Partnership Process specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage complex investment portfolios, including private equity, hedge funds, or other alternative investments.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, especially with demanding clients.
  • Provide high-quality service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, MBA/PGDM, or similar.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in investment accounting, fund administration, or private equity accounting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex financial data and concepts.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with accounting software or investment management systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, advanced formulas) is required.
  • Experience with complex investment portfolios, including private equity, hedge funds, or other alternative investments.
  • Experience in managing client relationships, especially with demanding clients.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
  • Must be able to work US hours (6pm to 3am) - Mandatory for all days.
  • Should be able to work during weekends when volumes are high and compensatory off can be availed based on mutual discussion.
