Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant -Tech Lead -Microsoft Azure

A Tech Lead – Microsoft Azure is responsible for architecting, implementing, and leading cloud-based solutions on Azure, while mentoring teams and ensuring technical excellence across infrastructure, applications, and AI services.
The Tech Lead will guide a team of developers, collaborate with business and functional teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities:

•    Lead Azure architecture and strategy for cloud infrastructure, application modernization, and data platforms.

•    Oversee technical delivery of Azure solutions including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security configurations.

•    Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Azure services with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI tools.

•    Drive innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

•    Ensure compliance and governance, implementing policies, RBAC, and monitoring tools.
Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

•    Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure AI, and Azure Resource Manager.

•    Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing technical teams in agile environments.

•    Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, automation (Terraform, ARM templates), and CI/CD pipelines.

•    Knowledge of AI and agentic systems, especially integration with Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services.

•    Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer are highly preferred.

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•    Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI

•    May operate in hybrid or remote settings.
