Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
SAP SD Consultant
to manage and optimize our Sales and Distribution processes within the SAP ERP environment. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to ensure smooth order-to-cash cycles, efficient logistics, and accurate billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration
  • Configure and support SAP SD modules including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design for SD processes.
  • Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and FI/CO (Finance & Controlling).
  • Process Management
  • Manage end-to-end order-to-cash cycle including quotations, contracts, sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation, pricing, and discount structures.
  • Optimize logistics execution and distribution processes.
  • Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Develop reports and dashboards for sales performance and revenue tracking.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct workshops for end-users.
  • Maintain system documentation and process flows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of SAP SD implementation/support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management.
  • Integration with MM, PP, and FI/CO modules.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SD certification.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution.
  • Exposure to multinational or large-scale business environments.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting.
