HR Intern - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

About the Role

We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. The ideal candidate is eager to learn the fundamentals of the HR lifecycle, particularly focusing on hiring coordination and the initial stages of onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hiring Process Support: Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks related to the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, sending confirmation emails, and maintaining candidate tracking sheets.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Support the initial stages of the onboarding process, which may include gathering necessary documentation from new hires and coordinating their first-day logistics.
  • Database Management: Ensure all candidate and hiring information is accurately entered and maintained in the HR database/ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing and organizing employment-related documents and forms.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for professional correspondence.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for documentation and tracking.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Compensation and Career Path

  • Stipend (1st Month): ₹5,000.
  • Duration: 1 Month Internship (with the potential for extension).
  • Career Opportunity: Based on exceptional performance during the one-month internship, the candidate will be considered for a Full-Time Role.
  • Full-Time Salary Range (Post-Internship): ₹1,20,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum (CTC), depending on the specific role, experience, and final performance assessment.
