We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career marketer to gain hands-on experience across multiple digital channels and contribute to high-impact campaigns. You will work closely on the digital marketing projects and assist in executing day-to-day digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in creating and scheduling social media posts and content calendars
  • Conduct basic keyword research and assist in on-page and off-page SEO tasks
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for campaign deliverables
  • Assist in email marketing, newsletters, and campaign reporting
  • Maintain and update website content (Sitecore knowledge preferred) including blogs, landing pages, and insight reports. Assist in maintaining website functionality, checking for broken links, and ensuring mobile responsiveness.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing Manager

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Excel
  • Familiarity with website performance tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
