Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, QA Analyst – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. 
Responsibilities
Software Testing Methodologies\: Lead the implementation of comprehensive software testing methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability. 
Test Case Development\: Oversee the development and execution of detailed test cases that cover all aspects of product functionality.
Automated Testing Tools\: Utilize automated testing tools like Selenium to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
Performance Testing\: Conduct performance testing to evaluate system stability and scalability under various conditions.
Information Architecture\: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure information architecture aligns with product requirements and user needs.
Accessibility Standards\: Ensure all products meet accessibility standards, providing inclusive user experiences for diverse audiences.
Leadership and Strategic Thinking:
Team Management\: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA analysts. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning\: Develop and execute strategic plans for quality assurance aligned with Agentic AI's goals. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in testing practices.
Technical Expertise\: Provide technical guidance and support to the team. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in QA.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and processes, including manual and automated testing.
Proficiency in test case development and execution, particularly for web and mobile applications.
Experience with automated testing tools, specifically Selenium, and performance testing tools.
Strong understanding of information architecture and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience in AI/ML product testing or quality assurance in the AI domain.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter) and performance testing frameworks.
