Role Overview

We're looking for a
Graphic Designer Intern
with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling. You'll work closely with our creative, marketing, and content teams to design
educational graphics, UI elements, pitch decks, and promotional materials
for both classroom and digital media.

What You'll Do

  • Design
    visual assets, infographics, icons, and layouts
    for educational modules and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with subject experts and 3D artists to create
    visually engaging AR/3D concept graphics
    .
  • Support in
    brand identity, presentation decks, and social media creatives
    .
  • Contribute design ideas that make
    complex topics visually simple and impactful
    .
  • Maintain design consistency across all communication channels.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of
    composition, typography, and color theory
    .
  • Proficiency in design tools such as
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
    .
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of modern design trends.
  • A good sense of
    visual storytelling and educational design aesthetics
    .
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Internship Details

  • Position:
     3D design Intern

     Full-time Internship
  • Duration:
     3-9 months
  • Start Date:
     ASAP

Stipend & Progression Policy

  1. The 
    first month
     of internship will be 
    unpaid
    .
  2. If the candidate is 
    valued and contributes significantly
    , the internship will be 
    upgraded to a paid internship
     of 
    ₹5,000/month
     starting from the 
    2nd or 3rd month
    .
  3. By 
    default
    , from the 
    4th month onward
    , the internship will 
    automatically become paid
     at 
    ₹5,000/month
    .
  4. Once the internship becomes paid, a 
    cooling period of 6 months
     will apply before consideration for a 
    permanent employee position
    .
  5. However, if the candidate demonstrates 
    exceptional value and contribution
    , the company reserves the right to 
    convert the role to permanent employment earlier
     than the cooling period.
  6. If at any stage during the internship the company finds the candidate 
    not suitable for the role
    , the company reserves the right to 
    discontinue the internship with immediate effect
    .
